Til to personer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 kamskjell<\/li>\n<li>250 gram laks<\/li>\n<li>200 gram torsk<\/li>\n<li>3 store gulr\u00f8tter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sellerirot<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f8k<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 korianderplante<\/li>\n<li>10 cherrytomater<\/li>\n<li>Hvitl\u00f8k<\/li>\n<li>Olivenolje<\/li>\n<li>Sitronsaft<\/li>\n<li>Eplejuice<\/li>\n<li>Hot chilipulver<\/li>\n<li>Laurb\u00e6rblad<\/li>\n<li>Nellikspiker<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Del gulrot, sellerirot og l\u00f8k i biter. Del cherrytomatene i halve. Hakk hvitl\u00f8k og koriander. Ha i en gryte og ha i vann s\u00e5 det dekker gr\u00f8nnsakene. Putt i et laurb\u00e6rblad eller to, noen nellikspiker, en d\u00e6sj sitronsaft og en god klunk olivenolje. Kok til gr\u00f8nnsakene er m\u00f8re eller nesten m\u00f8re. Ha i laks og torsk. La trekke til fisken er klar. Ha i kamskjell. Smak til suppen med litt eplejuice, hot chilipulver, salt og pepper. Server straks kamskjellene er s\u00e5vidt m\u00f8re &#8211; de skal ikke kokes, bare varmes.
