Bruk n\u00f8ytral matolje (raps er bra) i en frityrgryte eller tykkbunnet gryte. Jerngryte fungerer bra. Induksjonskomfyr er \u00e5 anbefale for \u00e5 enkelt finjustere temperaturen, men med litt t\u00e5lmodighet fungerer det p\u00e5 alle komfyrer. Bruk gjerne et digitalt steketermometer for \u00e5 sjekke temperaturen underveis. Riktig temperatur avhenger litt av st\u00f8rrelsen p\u00e5 rullene og hvor mange du friterer om gangen, men 120-130 grader er som regel bra. Pr\u00f8v deg fram, og juster underveis.<\/p>\n<p>Friter f\u00f8rst den ene siden til den er gyllen, og snu s\u00e5 rullen med spisepinner. Ikke friter for mange ruller om gangen, da senkes temperaturen p\u00e5 oljen for mye.
